Sweet PDZs

Has anyone used the sweet pdz in their coop? It was recommended to me. It is for horse stalls, but can be used for pretty much any animals.

I have been using it for over a year now. I have had the chickens eat some of it, and they have tried to dust bathe in it, with no ill affects.

I sprinkle it in my coops shavings. I also use it on my roosting board.

I don't, I use wood shavings, but I've seen on here where some have used it that way. Then they scoop the poop every day or so, to keep the smell down.

I have been using hay... straw isn’t readily available here, so pretty hard to find

I use it on the poop boards I made. Kind of like a shallow catbox that is beneath the roosts. It's super easy to scoop the poop out in the morning with a large slotted kitchen utensil. I sort of stir it up and smooth it out afterwards to allow any damp PDZ to air out and dry.
