Any thoghts as to whats going on with this girl?
Noticed this about a week ago and she has no other symptoms other than hearing may be off. This bird has always been small and on the bottom of the pecking order with slightly different coloring around the eyes. The last two days her activity level has dropped so i quarantined her inside..

Hmm, this is concerning. @All4eggs thanks for the tag!
Are you noticing any other symptoms such as nasal or ocular discharge, bubbles in the eye, head shaking, sneezing or coughing? Are any other birds showing these symptoms?
What does the swelling feel like? Hard? Soft? Not entirely sure were I'm going with this question, but hopefully more experienced members will be able to run with it.
Could it be a sting or something similar? How long has this been going on?

Look at her face up close if possible, catch her at night when she is roosting and get a more clearer look at her face. Does she have any scabs around her face? Any sneezing or coughing? What about nasal discharge?

Her eyelids look swollen and different. The pictures are not clear enough to show all of the details, but the left face looks like there may be some small growths around the eye. Usually swollen eyelids can be from a respiratory disease with a sinus infection. If that were the case you might see, sneezing, bubbles or foam in the eye, nasal drainage, and congestion. Have you added any new birds to your flock recently, or have you seen a chicken before with a respiratory infection? Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) is one that may look like this. Tylosin or Tylan, oxytetracycline, Denagard or enrofloxacin are some of the antibiotics that vets use to treat MG. Is there any way that you can get her tested or seen by your vet?
