Swelling by eye

I was given four 2 year old barred rock hens. I brought them home yesterday afternoon and put them in a separate coop than my existing flock. When loading one of the hens, I noticed a swelling on her right eye. I touched it and it was squishy. So enough trama yesterday moving them and I I let them get use to new settings.
this morning I noticed the swelling was still there. But she ate well, scratched around, drank and it isn’t interfering with her vision. I see no other symptoms. Eyes are good,no discharges anywhere. Then I pushed in the bump and water came from her eye. That happened only when I manipulated the swollen bump. But the bump still squishy. The other three hens look great. Keep her separate in case it's coryza, which would be a swollen face accompanied by a foul odor and mucous discharge. She should not share a water dish with your other flock for a while until gou figure it out. But yea, monitor it and keep it clean, see if she scratches at it. Watery discharge could be something non contagious too.

Update - see no change. She isn’t after it at all. So it will be a week that they arrived and how much longer before I can move them in with the flock? And would I do that after they roost at night? Just transfer to the main coop?
