I have a 22 week old Cream Legbar with a swollen spot on her upper leg. I’m not sure what is causing it, but was wondering if anyone else has seen something like this before?

She can stand on it a little bit, but mostly stands on one foot or sits down.

She has not had any respiratory symptoms that I have noticed. When we got her as a chick she did have splayed that we were able to fix.

When we looked at her again I didn’t see any scabby or puncture wound in that area.

Could be injury if it's just the one leg.
Maybe she slipped the tendon and it went back in place.

Hard to know. You can try applying warm epsom salts compresses on the joint to see if that helps reduce swelling.
