has anyone gotten welsummers from Meyer hatchery?? Looking to here about quality of the bird. Also any private breeders out there that have welsummers??

Just to let you know Ideal Poultry has Welsummers right now. I'm waiting for some to be shipped on the 31st. I have never seen their Welsummers, so I am not sure of quality, but most reviews I've seen on them have been positive.

Are you kidding me? Ideal Hatchery isn't all that great, right up with the rest of the hatcheries however be prepared to be disappointed if they don't come out like they should be or lay terra cotta eggs when you got simply brown eggs. Or one of those Brown Leghorn crosses.
