switching chick starter feed from non-medicated to medicated?

We have 21 five week old chicks. They've been fed non-medicated chick starter since we got them at about a week old. Our local feed store only carries medicated, so we picked that up yesterday. Is it a problem to switch them to medicated?

We've done that many, many times. While the chicks are in a sterile brooder, there's not much exposure to cocci. But once the hit the ground, from 5-10 weeks, we often feed medicated, if we feel we have a concern.
