Switching to medicated starter

I've started my 3 weekl olds to medicated starter and grower. Just put 1 little pan, (the kind with 8 holes for heads) and now a few are sleeping and shaking their heads like they've got something on its (face). It's freaking me out! They were on non gmo/non medicated since hatching. Immediatly after eating they also started pruning, allot! They have never done it this much and it's all only since, within 1 hour of eating the new food! I'm scared, any one know what's up with them? I'll use the non medicated of you think I should stay on that

Yes I am haha! I know it's normal, but it just started after the new food, so it made me wonder! Thank you
