Swolen, Shut, Watery eyes ! HELP

A few days ago, I noticed my cute little chick has one watery, swollen eye. It looks like this.
What is it? Some sort of mite in the eye? Please help! I can't stand to see my chick like this! He cant see through it at all, the eye is still there but you can hardly see it in the picture. There is also a scab at the bottom corner of the eye! please HELP :'(
