Thank you all for your replies and links! The detox will arrive tomorrow since no one local carries it. I hope to try drain some later today and then add the detox tomorrow. Guess we’ll see how it goes.

Looks like ascites fluid. Hopefully she will be a little more comfortable. If the places you drained from continue to drip, let them, that will slowly release more fluid and reduce the chance of shock. You can put towels under her to absorb the fluid and change as necessary.
It's good you got some fluid out of her. Can she breath a bit better now?
