Swollen Abdomen?

When I got this chick three days ago, she had a bare bottom. Last night she was sleeping on her side and seems uncomfortable. She is not very active. Also, when she poops, she wiggles her bottom hard and then it comes out. Does anyone know what’s wrong with her?

How old is she?

No feathers can mean she is swollen in that area. It doesn't sound good.

Can you follow up please on this? My 5 week old silkie chick has the exact same problem/symptoms. Did yours pull through?
