There may be pus inside the eyelid that needs to be squeezed out. You can try putting Terramycin eye ointment, or if you cannot get that, try plain Neosporin ointment in the eye twice a day. Here is a video on getting pus out of an eye:

I don't think there is puss in the eyes cause both of the eyes are starting to puff up, if only one eye was puffing up then I might consider puss, but with both of the eyes puffing up I don't think that is what is wrong. I still think it is coryza
