Swollen and red legs and feet

My Roo has extremely swollen legs, ankles and feet. He is have trouble standing and walking. They are also bright red. Any ideas as to what this is and how I can help him?

The red Is likely just hormones, but it looks like he does have scaly leg mites. You can do a search here, and find some pretty good treatments for it.

Agreed.
Red looks like hormones.
Scaly Leg Mites can be treated with Ivermectin or you can apply an oil, vaseline or Nu Stock cream to the legs 2X a week working the oils up and underneath the scales of the legs and feet to smother the mites.

I would also treat housing, nesting boxes and roosting bars with a Permethrin based poultry spray. While SLM live mainly under the scales of the legs (they burrow under the skin), they can migrate to the rest of the flock.
