Swollen and scabby like eyes and beak

If there's no lesions inside the beak, then this is Dry Form Fowl Pox, it's still serious, but usually will resolve over the course of a few weeks.
Can she see out of her other eye?
Some say yes, open the eye, some say no. Personally, I'd try to get the eye open or keep it "working" so it doesn't get fused over/closed by scabbing.
Yes she can see out of her other eye and is drinking plenty and eating some on her own. I also am taking the time daily to ensure she is getting enough water and food. her other eye thankfully is not horrible but still irritated.

The one that is scabbed up i carefully tried opening it today but the tissue is very firm and wouldn't stay open but i did get some rinse in it and a little terramycin at least. I just don't want to hurt her by messing with it too much more but don't want her to lose her vision either obviously. Ugh Thanks for your advice it's so appreciated. No sign of this illness in any of my other chickens so far thankfully but hope it stays that way.

This is her other eye not a great photo but the photo was taken today.

There is wet fowl pox and dry fowl pox. One will leave lesions in the mouth, which can be more dangerous for the bird. Seeing in her mouth will let you know which one you are dealing with. Not sure if it will be bad to disturb the sore, but she might not be happy about it either way.
So when looking in her mouth I don't see any obvious sore just maybe some brown areas from the sores that are actually on the outside but nothing stands out.

I've tried to clean the eye and get it open I made a little crease very carefully to try to drain any potential fluid but the whole area is firm and blown up a bit. I've still keeping it clean and applying terramycin daily but not how far in there it is making it considering. If a week or more passes and the scab begins to dry up more will I be able to address the eye better then I wonder rather then messing with it anymore at this stage?

I really truly appreciate all of your advice with this

Good. Just gently work some of the ointment into her eye to keep it lubricated.
