Swollen and warm around the eye

My hen has swollen skin around the eye which is warm to the touch. The eye itself looks just fine. I didn't see any cuts or scraps either. Should I do anything? I could clean up the area just in case there is a small scratch I didn't see, I suppose...

Maybe a saline rinse would help flush anything in her eye. I'm not sure, as I haven't ever come across this problem before.

I have a feeling that she got scratched by the rooster so I just washed up the area a bit and put neosporin all around the eye. LIke I said, the eye is fine so I don't want to mess with it. Thanks for your response though. Anyone else have any idea?

Can you get a picture? Could be respiratory issue starting or a nasal infection drawing into the eye. Pics might help.
