swollen around eye and bubbles- need help

First of all I am an old long time poster on here and have had chickens for at least 17 years. One of our hens has a very swollen sinus/face area around her eye and bubbles in her eyes so much so that she can't see very well. I have tried vet RX remedy and that didn't help. Because of the pandemic currently going on no vet will see us unless it's life threatening type thing. Through my extensive research I've figured out what is wrong and how to treat it. I know what to buy and how to administer it but I cannot find the product anywhere online in stock.

It is Tylan 50 and I need several syringes with needles as well. I have an extensive background working with my own animals and various medical things going on with them so I am not inexperienced by any means. I have searched every website possible and cannot find it in stock anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get it in stock or even possibly one of the members has some left over that I can buy? I don't want her to suffer and this has been going on a week already, I was hoping the Vet RX poultry remedy would work but unfortunately it has not helped.

any respiratory problem will always be there every time the bird gets stress they show symptoms again its not cure able tylan only hides the symptoms for the time being once off symptoms reshow up its most likely mg
