Swollen belly and bottom

My 2 year old hen started not moving around much yesterday and today seems worse. I noticed right away the her belly area seemed swollen. I thought maybe a bound egg but after giving her a warm bath and checking I could feel nothing and her poop seems fine. I was wondering if she might have internal worms and that is why her stomach is big. She doesn't walk much, her comb is currently fine and she is gasping a little especially if you touch her stomach. Her skin does appear warm and red but it's the first time I bathed her and with wet feathers the skin is so much more visible. This is my 2nd girl in 9 months to have this and they really are pets to us and I don't want to lose any more plus I don't want her suffering. Any questions? Does this sound like worms? Egg bound?

There are a few things that can cause abdominal swelling. The first thing to check is inside the vent to see if there is a stuck egg which you say you did. The others can get more complicated. Is there any way you can get her to a vet?
