Swollen belly

Hi I have a three week old Easter egger chick I noticed it has a swollen bulge like fluid filled
Lump under the belly tail area never seen this before anybody have idea?

I am so sorry about your chick. And I have no idea what might be wrong other than possibly an internal infection of some sort.
