Swollen bottom

We are new chicken owners(and so excited) we will have had our leghorn 2 weeks this Saturday. Her bottom is swollen and bare. I looked up that it could be pasty butt, she did have some pop stuck so I soaked her in warm water and removed it, she pooed almost immediately afterwards. I checked all the others as well. Is there anything else I need to do? Currently feeding them starter, fresh water multiple times a day. And read they could have some rolled oats to help?

What is the age of the chick? Also a picture would help immensely.

I can't post pictures yet, I'm new. She looks a little better today and is all about eating, she is chirpy and seems ok..
