Swollen cheek

Noticed my easter egger has a swollen cheek but i have no clue what it is and how to heal it. I would really appreciate help

She may have been stung by a bee/hornet. One of my chickens was stung by a hornet once and I gave her a very small amount of Benadryl to reduce the swelling. Idk the exact dose though.

Can you look into the beak for yellow plaques or growths that might be canker, a protozoan infection? Is there a bad odor? Sometimes there can be tumors inside the beak.
