I’m bringing him to the vet first thing in the morning. Thank you.It could be a sting bite, or an infection of the area due to debris entering either through the eye, or a puncture through the skin. If the area feels soft, I may try to lance it with a sharp sterilized needle, and drain the puss, apply an antibacterial ointment or cream and see if that does the trick. Or leave the area, and see if it goes away on its own. Sometimes they need antibiotics for these sorts of things if it doesn't resolve on its own.
