I'd not worry or do a thing.
Give it a few days or so, the swelling should go down.

I'm in Texas... she has no other symptoms and if she gets worse, I'll give her some Benadryl! Thank you so much @Eggcessive!!What part of the world are you in? If you think that she was stung by a wasp or bee, you can try giving one dose of diphenhydramine (Benadryl around 6mg) orally. If you have 25mg tablets, that would be 1/4 tablet, or you cannuse the childrens liquid. Does she have any other symptoms?
