swollen ducts

I have been having trouble with seems to be swollen ducts by my chickens eyes. I have been using gentamicin sulfate. Seem to help if applied as soon as I discover it. Does anyone have any Idea what this is. My friend is having the same problem. Thanks

is there bubbles forming or just by the eye---------try vet rx poultry jefferslivestock.com sells it the cheapest i know of go from there that's all i can tell you look it up and go from there............
