Swollen ear lobe

I noticed this today. He is about 4 months old. I did look in the ear and it had some crusty stuff in there I got as much out as I could. I dropped peroxide in and it's hard to the touch. Any ideas what it is and anything more I should do?

If there's pus, it needs to be removed. He m8gh need some antibiotics.

Chicken pus is hard like cheese, it could be in the earlobe.
