I have a four week old Black Langshan with one swollen ear lobe. It has been swollen for a little over a week with no change. I tried just Neosporin for two days but then we had to go away and was leaving the feathered babies with a "chicken sitter". So I treated everyone with duramycin to be safe. It has been seven days with no improvement or change. Doesn't seem tender or bothersome. Not sure what to do now. Suggestions, PLS!!
OK, I guess I did it correctly! Here is another view. I plan on discontinuing the duramycin today as I don't think it is helping an I have been treating everyone as a preventative. Any advice would be appreciated.
