swollen end of toe

hi all the end of my chickens to near the nail is very swollen and a liquid type stuff is coming out i think this is an infection but i want to make sure

.

the first photo is of the swollen toe and the second is of her other foot with normal toes.

Sounds like an infection. Try cleaning it with saline and then betadine, and put some antibiotic ointment on it.

what type of antibiotics would you recommend

You could put a triple antibiotic ointment on it like neosporin or bacitracin.

and should i wrap this in a bandage round the toe?
