Swollen eye! Help!!

This 5 month old EE named Cookie, I’m very worried about her eye due to the swelling .
We recently had a fox get 3 of our girls and decided to keep them cooped up for a few days until we can try to get the fox.. unfortunately it’s been about 3 weeks and we’ve still kept them cooped up with increased hygiene in the coop. I just let them out and noticed her eye, unsure if it’s bacterial or viral or a peck? The other eye is fine ! No other chickens have the same issue

I think it might be a peck, it doesn't seem to have any pus.

Any lice or mites?

How's the ventilation in the coop since they have had to be cooped up, any strong ammonia odors in the coop?

General care for the eye is to flush with saline, remove any debris or pus, then apply an eye ointment like Terramycin in the eye.

Only one eye is swollen or both?
Have you added any new birds recently?

If she doesn't improve with you tending to the eye a couple of times a day for a week, then you may want to try an antibiotic to see if it helps. Tylosin would be a good choice.
