Swollen eyes on 3 month old royal palm turkey

While feeding my chickens today I noticed my 3 month old royal palm has what looks like puss pockets under it's eyes . Anybody have any idea

I had this problem with a rooster last year. I had some left over gentamicin drops left over from a bout with pink eye. Figured it could not hurt.

Used it in each eye for several days, it would cause some bubbles to show up from the bottom lid of the eyes but they both cleared up within the week and he was totally fine after that.

It wasn't getting better so I had to look for meds, a clever friend of mine recommended a medicine called Tylan.
I injected him three times a week. And he was cured completely in two weeks!!
