Swollen Eyes

hi all

i have a 6 months old ISA Brown, she has one of her eye swollen, yesterday it was watery, but now only the swelling. should i be worried ? also what kind of treatment you would suggest. thank you for your comments

Me too!!! These pullets did great as chicks and most are pretty chipper but a few of them (this one is the worst) have developed puffy ears, beaks, and eyes. Any help would be appreciated.

Any odor to the discharge?

It could be a respiratory disease such as Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG). You will want to separate her. The swelling is most like pus in the sinus and eye.

Thanks, i have started them on a antibiotic eye drops, will keep you informed how it goes.
