Swollen eyes

Good morning, I’ve noticed that one of my girls has not been looking the best. The rings around her eyes have been getting a little more swollen. Suggestions?

That could be fowl pox virus if you have mosquitoes out now. What is your location? Pox lasts about 3 weeks, and most chickens get over it. I would use some antibiotic ointment (Terramycin or plain Neosporin) into the eye twice daily to help prevent any secondary infection. Here is some reading about pox:
