Swollen face, more lumps forming, bubble in breast?

Can you post photos of the breast - is there a blister there by chance?
Any possibility you didn't hit the breast muscle and got the crop instead - drew out food stuff instead of pus?

Hard for me to take a picture but the lump is down here by her bone, where my pointer and middle fingers are resting and it feels like just that side of the breast is swollen a little.

I can't see anything inside her ears but they are swollen as well

This is the "good" side of her face. Today would have been day 4 of tylan 50 but I did not give her the dose when I saw the fluid come out of her

If you are using Injectable Tylan50 it can be given orally as well. I've never tasted it:lol: but hear it's bitter, so after you give it orally offer a tidbit or 3 of something tasty that she likes (egg, grapes, etc.) See that she is drinking.

You may have an infection at your injection site. @Eggcessive can advise better on that than I can, but you may want to watch it very well, if there is a pus filled pocket, then it's probably best seen by a vet. You might be able to lance it (the breast, but I would be hesitant to recommend that).

The facial swelling is concerning - it could be a sinus infection, but usually this is accompanied by eye discharge an mucous. She is quite bright eyed and I see nothing to indicate mucous from the nostrils in any of your photos. Have you looked for any ants or black gnats that could be biting?

She is still eating and drinking just fine thankfully. I haven't seen anything on her or in their run that could have bitten her and I'm not seeing any punctures or anything on her

I agree with Wyorp that you might have stuck the crop when you aspirated what looked like pus. Of course we are not there. I usually recommend giving Tylan 50 orally when someone is new or not used to injections. Her lumps are very puzzling. What do they feel like when you touch them? This is puzzling, and reminds me a little of another hen someone posted about 2 years ago. I will try to remember the name of the poster from NH I think, and look for the thread. They never figured out the cause even after consulting several vets online with pictures, but the hen is still healthy and her swelling has mostly gone down.

I'm so heartbroken

I went to give her the antibiotics shot and when I drew back on the syringe pus came out of her breast. I didn't give her the shot. I don't understand what's happening. Her breast is all squishy and feels like it has fluid in it
this is strange, chicken pus is not pus like at all, it is not liquid but more like cottage cheese or slightly harder

you said her lumps are hard?
have you looked in her mouth? her choanal slit?
i myself would try lancing one near her face out of curiosity and seeing what is in them (pus, blood, liquid, etc)
how much tylan are you giving? and giving the injectable orally is (from what i have read) is much better as when you give it by syringe it causes a lot of bruising in the muscle

i wonder if @casportpony has ever seen this
