Hi y’all. I have a year old silver laced wyandotte hen and she has had an injury on her foot for about a month now. I originally thought it was an ant bite and the swelling would go down but it hasn’t and it has started to bother her a bit. She limps a little when she runs now and I’m not sure if she has a splinter, broken foot or what. Please help! I first noticed it after spending one night with my male peacocks due to a storm. I am bot sure if there was fighting but there were no other signs of fights. She is also the alpha bird on our farm.

Is that a black spot in the middle of the underside of her foot? Could be bumble foot. Can you soak her feet in a pan of warm water? Might soften it up, couldn't hurt. I've never dealt with bumble foot, but you can find pictures and how to treat it on this forum
