Swollen foot/leg

What I originally thought was bumblefoot, I now think maybe injury. I’m a little confused, because it feels warm to touch. Can’t find a plug/black mark. This is day two of Epson salt soak. And I noticed her leg looks like it could have an injury in it.any thoughts??

It does look like an injury. Is she putting weight on it? It could be a nondisplaced fracture, or one that is not aligned perfectly. I will attach a manual that explains how to examine and how to splint if necessary. How long has it been like this? The epsom salt soaks can still help with pain and swelling. If you splint it needs to be padded and not too tight, check often for swelling.
