My female pekin duck has been limping for about a week and a half, I looked at her foot to see if there was any wounds or maybe bumblefoot but from what I can see theirs nothing, her foot is really swollen and she mostly just sits but when she does walk she only puts a small amount of pressure on it and when she's just standing she holds it up, she does eat and drink normally. I did soak her foot in Epson salt a few times, and the very first time I did it seemed to help a little bit but since then the other times have not seemed to do anything. Any advice on wht it could be? Or what I can do for the swelling?

I see a bad scab at the base of the nail on her hallux (back toe) but dunno if that is the cause of all the swelling... soak her feet again and see if you can gently remove that scab and any others, even tiny ones...

@casportpony what do you think? Sprain or more?

I have the same thing! One of my girls has been battling with swollen feet for months, we tried everything but it didn't work. We ended up letting her settle in and keeping her in an enclosed area with lots of grass and clean bedding. She is a lot better now but still is wobbling when she walks. Still have no idea what caused this!
