Swollen foot

Buff Brahma with a very swollen foot, been swollen for weeks now, no visible bumble or open skin, been doing Epsom salt soaks but other than that not sure what to do any help would be great

Scarlet leg mites during spring but I got that cleared up, other than that no injuries I’m aware of

Can you check between the webbing of her toes for bumblefoot?

Not sure this has been the only time I’ve had them but it’s been a while since then so not sure it could be that but I truly don’t know

Can you post any pictures of the bottom of the foot? It could be gout, bumblefoot infection, or viral arthritis?
