Swollen foot

yesterday, my hen was swollen, and I noticed that on her foot she has a hole in there filled with black gunk. I don’t know what it is, but I soaked her feet and warm water with Epsom salt and also have put antimicrobial cream on it and today it looks the same. Do y’all have any recommendations on how to heal this? She looks wet in the picture because she was bathing in the Epson salt. Thanks in advance.
