can't find anything that comes close to what it looks like online.

I have never seen that before, butI suggest going to a vet to get that checked out. My mom is a vet tech, and she sas it really needs to get checked out. We use tobramekin eye drops when our birds have eye infections or injuries to the eye. Your bird definitely needs to go to the vet.. please keep us updated on her! I hope she gets better soon!

Oh my goodness. I have not seen that before. Could she maybe have a parasite infection? Or it could be this... I quoted this from google.
Infectious coryza is an acute respiratory disease of chickens characterized by nasal discharge, sneezing, and swelling of the face under the eyes. ... The disease is seen only in chickens; reports of the disease in quail and pheasants probably describe a similar disease that is caused by a different etiologic agent.

Thats my only guess, what are you going to do?

It looks like a cold and the sinus discharge is backed up in it's eye.

That is if there is a clear discharge coming out of the nostrils and some
coughing, etc. Isolate the bird from any others.

Wear plastic gloves when handling it. And then make sure to wash
your hands afterwards. And change your shirt before handling other
birds.

I took her to the vet he's only one that See's chickens he thinks it's a tumor. She hasn't had runny nose . I've been giving meds and giving extra food choices. She is getting thin.b I also have used vet rx on eye

It looks like a puss-filled eye from sinus infection, but a tumor or a foreign body in the eye which has caused infection might be possible. Is there a bad odor? Did your vet prescribe an antibiotic? I would at least try that in case of infection. Tylan 50 injectable given orally is used in respiratory diseases. Your vet could prescribe others which may help.
