Swollen joint after being stepped on

This little guy got stepped on by mom Friday I waited to see if it would get any better we got back today its swollen. Poult gets around fine with a little limp eating and drinking fine. The leg does dangle almost feels like it's just outta joint.

It's possibly broken.

Sat and watched it a little while yesterday read some things on the tendon maybe slipped out. I'm not a vet and there's no vets close that deal with birds. That joint was swollen red and purple. Couldn't let it sit there in pain anymore.
