My aunt's duck has had what she thinks is bumble foot for a while now. She has soaked her foot and put on a spray for injuries but it hasn't seemed to improve. The heel of the foot and up the leg are swollen and hot but there are no obvious signs of injury. I was wondering if there was an antibiotic that would help or any other forms of treatment

As was mentioned the only thing I have found that get rid of bumble is soaking [and it could take several days] to soften the scab peel off the scab and pick the infection out It's going to be thick, not runny.
Bumble will eventually kill if let alone and not treated. With the leg already inflamed, I think an antibiotic would be needed along with getting the infection out. You can buy fish antibiotics online if a vet isn't feasible. This is staff infection so very serious.
