swollen lump on head

What is this? Never seen anything like it before,one massive lump on the head, bird cant even close eye. otherwise acting happy and normal. what do I do? I cant help but think she looks a little funny.

You will need to lance that lump or bring her in to a vet to do it. She cannot not close her eye. It will destroy the eye. Whatever you decide to do, do it soon to save her vision in that eye.
