Swollen neck need antibiotic

Monday my ducks were attacked by two mink. One died, three were injured, others seem untouched. One of the injured has a swollen neck now and yellow coloration. Her neck isn’t fully erect anymore either. I’m worried she has an infection. I’ve been using peroxide, vetericyn and silver honey. I just discovered neosporin (original), to keep flies away.
I’m thinking she needs an antibiotic, is there one I can purchase without a prescription? Thank you
