Swollen pea comb? Frost bite?

Advice or knowledge would be appreciated. I have noticed my EE is hunkering down a lot with her feathers puffed out, not eating as much, and her comb looks much bigger than usual? Almost swollen. Our buff O looks like she got some frost bite. Wondering if the EE has something similar? Really not sure at all. This is our first flock and they are almost a year old. Thanks!

I should also add her ear muffs are missing and she's shaking her head a lot. I threw out some lettuce and she didn't even attempt to grab any. Could she be getting picked on or sick?
