Swollen, puffy eye on young Red-Gold?

Hi, all,

I have a 6-week old chick with swollen tissue around eyes and one has pus in the lower part. The others are fine. Any idea what it could be and what you're recommend for treatment. Will Oxytetracycline do the trick over 7 days @ 400-800mg in water?

Any help would be appreciated.
