Swollen red feet on hen

My 1 year old RIR hen has very red, swollen feet. I checked her feet and there was no bumblefoot scab, but a red mark underneath the skin of her feet. It wasn't a scab, it looked like it was under the skin. She is molting right now. Any thoughts?

Maybe they started as cuts or abrasions. Does she live on wire, or is there something rough or sharp where she can walk?

I think I would take her indoors on towels or other soft, clean material, wash her legs and feet well, and apply Neosporin once or twice a day for a few days. Be sure you don't use an antibiotic cream or ointment that has a "caine" drug such as cetacaine, benzocaine, etc.
