Swollen red leg

Hi everyone about a week ago i noticed this bump on my button quails leg. It was not as big as the picture before but it seems to be getting worse now. Shes now limping but it doesnt seem to be hurting her when i squeeze it. What could be ?

Sorry about your quail’s leg. It looks like cancer, possibly a sarcoma, but your state poultry vet would best to do a necropsy if you should lose her to determine what it is exactly.
