Does anybody have any idea what would’ve caused this bump over my Arctic blue left eye the eye itself is still kind of open. You can see it but it’s a big bump above. It noticed it a week and four days ago it hasn’t gotten any bigger hasn’t gotten any smaller. She’s eating drinking running around and laying eggs still I don’t know what to do.
Thank you

Can you look into the eye and tell us what you see? Are there any bubbles or foam, or gunk in the eye? Are there any marks that could have been from a sting or peck? Is she sneezing, shaking her head, swallowing mucus, or does she have mucus from her beak or nostrils? Many times a swollen face or eyelid may be due to a sinus infection from a respiratory disease. Insect stings or pecks could also cause swelling.

Looking into her eye, it looks normal. It’s just puffy directly above it. There’s no goo no yucky Mucus no sneezing. I didn’t even think about a possible bee, wasp or mosquito bite. She doesn’t appear to have any issues breathing no mucus from her beak or nostrils. Would some sort of a bite or sting last this long though? she acts normal in every other way and she doesn’t seem like she is stressed in any way.
