Swollen side of face

I came into the coop this morning to find this on my hen Runa -

I happened to do a check over on everyone last night and didn’t see any swelling, could it be something in her eye? I took this pic a while ago but now it has bubbles in it

I was thinking that but it looks more like eye worms
