Swollen squishy breast on my chicken

I have a Buff Orpington that is a little over a year old and I have noticed that she has swollen squishy area where her breasts are. I'm am pretty sure it's not her crop. She didn't go running to her food this morning but did eat some later. Any ideas what it could be??

She might have a pendalous crop and may require a "crop bra." Here's a link:
