Swollen tissue around eye

What is going on with my chicken's eye? All else seems fine, no other symptoms

Look for bubbles in that eye, eye drainage, nasal drainage, coughing, or noisy breathing, which can be signs of mycoplasma (MG,) a respiratory disease. Any stings or peck marks around the eye may also cause swelling. Tylan 50 injectable can be given 1/2 ml for every 2.5 pounds of weight, twice a day either orally or as an injection to treat MG. If no further symptoms occur, I would just watch it for a day or two. Here is some reading about the disease:
