Swollen tissue around eye

Good evening fellow chicken people! Hoping to get a little insight on this. My leghorn’s has something going on with the tissue around her right eye. The tissue feels soft, almost like a fluid filled blister. She is active, eating, drinking, and being her sassy self. Any thoughts? The rest of the flock appears healthy.

It looks like it could be a fluid-filled cyst. It might drain if it was lanced. I would only attempt that if I had some extra help holding him, and used a sterile needle and disinfected the skin. Or you could take him to a vet.
