This afternoon I realized one of my hens toes was bent in a weird angle and swollen. She’s limping and laying down more often, but she’s eating normally. Does it look broken or is it just twisted? She’s about 6 years old.

Is the blackish stuff on the bottom dirt or scabs? Looks like possible bumblefoot in many different places at once.

Most of the black stuff on her foot I was able to wash away was dirt, but it feels like there’s scabs around her swollen toe

Looks like bumblefoot to me. If I remember correctly, the first step in treating it is a soak in some water with epsom salts mixed in, but I'm not sure what you do after that. You will probably be able to find many helpful threads on BYC, though!
